Well, I wish I had an interesting answer for you but the answer is quite simple: I was in your shoes (well, if you had any cosmetic procedure done). I had Lipo360 and BBL surgery and I had no idea what was happening to my body. I was afraid, I was confused, I was slightly depressed with the "post-op blues". My body was forming awkward lines, unevenness, building up "fluid pockets" in my flank and lower back area, I knew the surgery was worth it, but I kept wondering how come I wasn't seeing good results? Why was I super swollen? Was it me... was I the problem? No, it wasn't. Your body goes through trauma and it's normal for it to want to become "hard" and heal itself after surgery. Even though the place I had my surgery at advertised it as an "easy surgery" the after-care is not actually that easy. I quickly learned that I had a responsibility and that was to focus on Lymphatic Drainage Massages to help aid my body to avoid any scar tissue or fibrosis forming.
The facility I had my surgery at had no knowledge regarding my post-op care, and if they did, all I heard was crickets. Trust me, I understand, especially if you're from Houston that it gets busy and not all Doctor's call their patients to see how it's going. Or at least this is what I'm accustomed to. I mean I knew I had to do something. I couldn't just let my body become so swollen and hard that I developed scar tissue! That is something I refused to let my body do. So what was there for me to do? After countless reading and studying regarding Post-op care, Lymphatic Drainage Massages, Body Contouring Massages, and much more, I decided to become a Certified Body Contouring Specialist in Houston, Texas. I was becoming obsessed with Non-Invasive Body Contouring Treatments and decided maybe it was my time to finally become Certified. I learned the Super Snatched Technique and decided this is what I actually enjoy doing in my life. I love helping people and if I could make them feel better regarding their post-op care, then why not just do it.
After doing the treatments on myself, I found that the treatments help my body even months after having my Lipo360 surgery. Of course, I do not have the healthiest diet. For example, if I eat bad, drink alcohol, do not wear my faja, etc... then you bet I'm going to be so swollen and look bloated. With my non-invasive treatments I am able to get my snatched body back and literally lose inches within one session. I wanted to focus on lipo patients and help them through the process of their recovery. To my excitement I was also working on clients who did not have any type of surgery and was knocking off 2-4 inches off their waist in one session. You read that right! I was helping post-op clients and clients who never had surgery and I was STILL giving them immediate results. Your girl was shook. I had managed to become certified and open my clinic and I decided to call it "Snatched Haus". I still don't know why I wanted the German name for "House" but I loved the look of it. I knew I couldn't stop there. I felt like I was missing something. I decided to add Marcy to my team, who is a Certified Lymphatic Massage Therapist and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. Her role is to provide Manual Lymphatic Massages to Pre (before surgery) and Post-op (after surgery) sessions to help your body recover from the swelling and discomfort associated with liposuction, abdominoplasty, face-lift, breast reduction, breast augmentation, lipo clients, and more. She provides a gentle form of manual massages for post-op care that stimulates the lymphatic system to help reduce edema and lymphedema, it helps removes toxins and waste, and encourages a healthy immune system. And believe me when I say when you are immediately out of surgery up to about 3 weeks post-op... you are not going to want any tools used on your surgical areas. You'd be surprised by how many surgeons do not want you to use any tools within the first couple of weeks of your surgery. You will not want it either because the level of pain. However, with the right MLD Therapist, you will feel at ease and very comfortable to know we are getting rid of the fluid that is present in your body. Most of our clients immediately feel better after their session and are able to move freely and not feel "so hard".
After your 3 weeks, you will then need to maintain your results by doing massages with Non-invasive treatments such as laser lipo, ultrasound cavitation, wood therapy, radio frequency skin tightening (targets loose skin or stubborn fat pockets), and more. Whether you are 1 Month post-op to 2 years post-op you should give these non-invasive treatments a try with Snatched Haus.

(Here is an example of our lovely client who was 4 months post-op and had loose skin and unevenness. The after photo was immediately after her 2nd Body Contouring massage which I knew to target her waist and lower abdominal area. Talk about snatched waist!)
